Waka Mai is run by Aziz Holdings Limited, an Auckland-registered company. Aziz Holdings is the counterparty on every invoice and the local entity you can phone, email, or take a complaint to under the Consumer Guarantees Act. No offshore voice-mail loops, no missing agents after the wire transfer clears.
A named human, not a brand
Every car on Waka Mai carries the name of the Japan-side agent who sourced it. Every transaction has a NZ-side point of contact at Aziz Holdings. You will know who you are dealing with on both ends, in plain English, before any money changes hands.
Why “Waka Mai”
Waka is a vehicle. Mai is “coming”. Every car on the site is on the way — sourced in Japan, headed for New Zealand. The name is provisional while we settle on a long-term brand with our team.
